After slacking a little the last 2 weeks for numerous reasons - I am finally back on track. A nice brick yesterday followed by a 21miler today.
I went out planning on running about an hour 45 minutes but somehow it all felt so good. Even though I didn't bring any water not any food or energy bars - I went for 3 hours and had a blast. (At least there was a water station along the way which I passed 3 times so I might have had close to half a liter to drink).
Half way through the sun started coming out and I don't know if it was that or the FRS I had before the run - but something pushed me to go longer.
Let's see what happens tomorrow. On the schedule: A long bike ride!
